SOCIAL ACTION: JeffCo Action School Supply Initative
It is school supply distribution time again and Jeffco Action Center is offering the opportunity to join in this important contribution to our Jefferson County Schools. Last year Jeffco Action Center gave out supplies to nearly 4000 students. Based on their increased client numbers, Jeffco expects this years distribution to greatly exceed that number. If you are interested in helping out please see flyer below to get information on dates and times.

As we prepare for the High Holy Days, we reflect upon
another year of great change and challenge both locally,
nationally and globally. The need in the community for food
the is greater than ever; many people are unemployed or
under employed and are seeking ways to feed their families
and cover their basic daily necessities. Faced with these unprecedented circumstances, the Social Action committee is hoping that our CBE community will again recognize the importance of the food collections during the High Holy Days.
Please consider participating once again on in our annual food drive to benefit the clients of the Weinberg Food Pantry.
